Home and Pet Care Services
Standard (from $25 per day*)
  • 1 daily home visit

Deluxe (from $48 per day*)
  • 2 daily home visits (morning and afternoon)

  • Playtime with pets (including 15 minute walk for dogs)

Food 
Please ensure you leave us an appropriate quantity of your pet’s preferred food and toilet supplies. If Holiday Help Mandurah is required to purchase additional supplies, these costs will be added to your final account (including travel time to suppliers).

Aggressive Pets
We do not offer pet care services for any pets known to be aggressive. If for any reason your pet becomes dangerous to handle once visitations have commenced, we will contact you or your nominated contact to make alternate arrangements such as boarding. Animals in heat and cats must be kept inside your home.

Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that things can happen in life, therefore, if you need to cancel your service prior to your holiday, we would appreciate as much notice as possible. If cancellation is requested prior to your holiday, we will arrange a full refund of any monies paid within 7 days of notification. 

Loss or Damage to Your Property
Please ensure all valuables are safely locked away prior to your departure and that your insurance is current. Our public liability insurance coverage does not cover damage caused by your pet in the event of a break-in.
If an emergency incident occurs, we will contact the relevant authorities as soon as possible and ensure your property is secured as best we can. We will contact you should this occur.

Payment Terms
At your free 'Meet and Greet' we will provide a quote outlining the services you require. When you are ready to proceed, we will request a 10% deposit to secure your booking. For your convenience we accept cash/EFTPOS/bank transfer.

Please note that any unexpected expenses will be added to your final account (i.e. vet bills). We ask you to nominate your pet’s vet in the event of any illness or accident. Most vets will provide you an authorisation form for this purpose. In the event of an illness or accident, we will make every effort to contact you to discuss the situation. If we cannot contact you, your pet will be taken to your nominated vet for appropriate treatment at your own cost.

-Balance of payment is due at key handover.
-Holiday Help Mandurah do not pay money to 3rd parties (i.e. vets).
